Be kind to yourself
What does the word kindness means to you?
- Looking out for others?
- Helping others in need?
Many of us would answer this question by giving responses related to other people completely forgetting to focus on being kind to themselves.

There are various tools and techniques that I use that allow my clients to realise how to be kind to themselves. Hypnosis for example is a very powerful technique that enables my clients to explore, find and strengthen inner resources.
